Kimbrough Law Dedicates Veterans' Wall at Gardens of Gainesville
Veterans at Gardens of Gainesville received special recognition during the unveiling of the facility’s new Veterans’ Wall on November 9, 2018. Sponsored by Kimbrough Law, the Veterans' Wall honors the contributions of veterans and the spouses of veterans who reside at Gardens of Gainesville.
For Kimbrough Law founder William H. (Kim) Kimbrough, Jr., the Veterans’ Wall is a way to salute Gardens of Gainesville residents who served in the U.S. military, along with the family members whose support made their contributions possible. “We owe our veterans and their families a tremendous debt of gratitude,” said Kimbrough, a VA-accredited attorney and founder of Kimbrough Law, an elder law and estate planning firm known for its work with veterans. “Their efforts have protected our uniquely American way of life.”
For Gardens of Gainesville Executive Director Bill Windsor, Kimbrough Law was the logical partner to bring the Veterans’ Wall to life. “Kimbrough Law has helped many of our residents and their spouses secure veterans’ benefits,” said Windsor. “Those benefits often make a major difference in quality of life for the veteran and family caregivers.”
Many veterans and spouses of veterans reside at Gardens of Gainesville, an award-winning senior community that offers a variety of housing options for seniors, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and adult day programs.
Gardens of Gainesville residents who are veterans or spouses of veterans were special honored guests, and a flag folding ceremony performed by the Hall County High School Junior ROTC wrapped up the event.
